What is Cat 6 Cable Specification?

Connector Compatibility: Cat 6 cable typically uses RJ45 connectors, the same as Cat 5 and Cat 5e cables. These connectors are commonly used for Ethernet connections in home and office networks.
Backward Compatibility: Cat 6 cable is backward compatible with older Category 5 and Category 5e standards. This means that Cat 6 cables can be used in networks alongside Cat 5 and Cat 5e cables, though the performance will be limited to the lowest standard in use.
